What is an Incubator?
Incubators nurture young firms, helping them to survive and grow during the start-up period when they are the most vulnerable.

Incubators provide hands on management assistance, access to financing and exposure to critical or technical support services.

They also offer entrepreneurial firms with shared office services/equipment, flexible leases and expandable space.

Why Incubation?
Success Rate

Business incubators reduce the risk of small business failures. According to the National Business Incubation Association, Eighty-seven percent of all firms that graduate from incubators are still in business. Only 1 in 4 businesses started outside of an incubator survive for five years.

Tenant Businesses
Incubators serve a variety of businesses ranging from research and development, service, and light industrial, technology-based companies.
